" alt="Howard Hanna Simon Real Estate Services" />Nearly every real estate agent website includes a home valuation page. Unfortunately, many are poorly done. They include a long form, but nothing to motivate the seller to complete the form.
Think more like an infomercial. Sell people on your wonderful CMA report. Give them a taste of what they will get. This can be through a video, a Slideshare presentation or a downloadable sample report. This will build consumer confidence which will increase form completion rates.
Don’t have a quality report to showcase? Turn to the Realtors Property Resource (RPR), a free service for all Realtors.
