Gold Advantage

The Gold Advantage Program is Howard Hanna Simon Real Estate Services’ way of giving back to our community. Employees of Penn Highland Mon-Valley Hospital and any First Responder may apply. You will get a confirmation email when we receive your registration request. Once your registration has been reviewed and approved, you will be contacted by Tom Simon (Broker/Owner). You will then be assigned an agent and will receive an email confirmation code as proof you are accepted into the program.
