What can I say about Dana Evans?? She delivers! I had somewhat of an unexpected challenge presented to me. I needed to find someone who could promote and sell a family estate home quickly while I myself resided out of state. My first natural response was to go online and see who worked in the area and look at reviews. Howard Hanna was a familiar name in both my area and the area surrounding my house to be sold. I dug a little deeper into their local and selected Dana and decided to give her a call. I explained my situation to her and further challenged her by informing her I would only be in town for two days. She said, “Not a problem lets meet in my office tomorrow”. I met with her and she showed me all the impressive company statistics and her personal credentials. She was very clear on the whole process and what I could expect as far as fees and timelines. She was very upfront from day one and there were zero undisclosed costs involved. I again expressed my concern about me being from out of town. She reassured me this wasn’t a problem and she has handled this kind of thing before. I decided then and there, I’m in. With one day left in my current schedule, she came out to the house looked around, took pictures and measurements and off she went to prepare all the paperwork. Once I got back home, I find an email from Dana with all the paperwork prepared. She had the house online in two days as I recall. She gave me constant updates regarding showings and handled the home inspections. She assisted me along the way with all the closing paperwork which I was able to complete and close…long distance. She even informed how and when to transfer the utilities. In the end, Dana sold my house much quicker than I had anticipated and actually was able to get a better offer than we had initially proposed. Dana is a little firecracker. She is professional, full of energy and knows how to get the job done. I can highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to aggressively promote their property and give it the best exposure for a quickest possible sell. Thanks Dana, you rock.

I am relocating to the area and I just spent the week seeing several different properties with Chrissie Cole. She took the time to listen to what I needed and found many interesting houses for me to tour. She is so knowledgeable about what is available and points out all the interesting details that I miss..
